Production & Quality
The facility in Bangalore has a manufacturing capacity of 7 metric tons per day and around 30,000 sq.ft. for manufacturing, filling and storage. The facility is equipped with advanced R&D, microbiological laboratories, in-process quality checks for semi-finished products, finished products and packaging materials. Our manufacturing procedures are also unique to provide greater value to our customers. We do not use pre-made herb extracts in our production process; instead, we perform fresh extraction of raw herbs at the facility to ensure that the product is fresh.
